Infinity Edge Swimming Pool

The infinity edge swimming pool is perfectly designed to blend seamlessly with the ocean beyond.  You feel as if you are swimming towards the edge of the world yet the pool is safe enough for anyone.  The swimming pool is chlorinated (easily convertible to salt water if desired) and contains approximately 25,000 gallons of water.

Adjacent to the pool is the private Jacuzzi-style spa with ample room for everyone staying at your Dominican Republic vacation home.  You can recline and relax in the spa while your family floats around in the pool and your spouse enjoys a poolside massage.   What an amazing place to live!

Tropical Specimen Gardens

Casa Claridad may be a smaller Caribbean vacation villa but the owners did not forget anything.  Perched on the cliff overlooking the area you are constantly greeted with stunning views of the tropical palm trees, rain forests and abundant flowers.  Going one better, the current owners have developed a magnificent private garden they keep in very good condition with manicured, tropical specimens.

The front yard of the villa offers ample space for your volleyball net or to grab a game of bocce ball.  Surrounding the villa are tall, dense hedges to help ensure your continued privacy while enjoying the property.   Along the front of the villa there are many very unique plants from traveler palms to orchids growing wild!

In-Villa Dedicated Staff

Currently this private vacation villa boasts a fully dedicated live-in gardener / maintenance person.  He and his wife live “downstairs” in a smaller alcove area of the villa and have been dedicated workers there for over eight (8) years.  Although the new owner is not required to retain them, the staff know the villa exceptionally well and have always been very helpful in maintaining the property in its current high quality condition.

If you chose not to retain the staff then the basement area they are using could be converted into a third bedroom (although it won’t have an ocean view).

The local area has many of the most highly regarded spa facilities along the north coast of the Dominican Republic.  These spa facilities can come directly to the villa to provide you with the relaxing experience you desire. 

Facials, pedicures, manicures and almost any other spa treatment (including a variety of wraps and aromatherapy) can all be arranged in the villa. The spa specialists will arrive on your schedule to help you fully relax and not stress about making appointments.  Of course you can also visit the spa in town but the choice is yours to make!
